Discovering our heritage

The palace, located in the historical centre of Brescia, is part of an ecclesiastical site that dates back to the 15th century, which partially works as a convent even to this day.

A wise two year long renovation managed to preserve the structural components, like the perimetral brick walls, that were restored and painted in white.

Nothing was left of past-epoques passages, reason for which it was chosen to maintain that warehouse character with internal courtyard, typical of ancient Lombardy palaces.

Simultaneously, the height of the rooms, of over 4 metres, allowed the plant building canalization, maintaining a loft mood. Great dedication was reserved for the patio, where sunken terraces adorned with cushions embrace a brazier. Fundamental was the Lighting design studio, aimed at enhancing the art pieces and walls plural irregularities.
