The construction lasted only three months, entirely supervised by the studio Claudia Pelizzari Interior Design in coordination with highly qualified artisans, coordinated by the studio’s technical staff. This was a complete renovation: from total demolition of the internal partitions and floors, to the new configuration of the internal layout, including the installation of technological systems of the latest generation, and replacement of all the facings with large-format porcelain stoneware sheets and epoxy resins. From the entrance, a corridor entirely clad in greige-color paneling leads to the living area, concealing large wardrobes and doors to the bedroom zones and bathrooms along the way.
The living area has been designed for conversation, with a large sofa, a chaise longue and an armchair with ottoman in front of a bookcase designed by Studio Pelizzari in greige lacquer with eucalyptus wood doors. A large taupe-color carpet in natural bamboo fiber borders the living zone. Seamlessly facing it, the dining area has a magical atmosphere generated by a large square table with rounded corners designed by Studio Pelizzari in eucalyptus wood and brass, below the “Allegretto” suspension lamp by Foscarini. On the wall, a large wardrobe cabinet with doors coated in white epoxy resin features a “bubble” decoration created by the designer, and contains handy compartments painted in peacock green.
Studio Pelizzari has designed the large kitchen for Rifra Milano with a central island and two accessorized walls. The worktops are in black Dekton, while the facings are in soft dark brown lacquer.
The daytime bathroom conceals a reinforced concrete pillar. The floor is in epoxy resin, the cabinet in black Corian, with a back wall in peacock green.
The greige paneling that conceals the wardrobes continues into the nighttime zone, containing three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
