The project unfolds with a refined balance between architecture and design.
This hotel, comprising only six suites, features an in-house restaurant led by a vegan chef, also open to the public, alongside a spa, a gym, and a laundry facility that exclusively uses cruelty-free products.

Every choice, from materials and fabrics to color palettes, strictly adheres to a vegan philosophy; no animal-derived products have been used.

The challenge lay in reconciling this requirement with sophisticated craftsmanship and curated pairings. The result is a project defined by intimate well-being, designed for a lifestyle centered on respect for nature. Everything exudes allure and charm.

Each suite is unique, yet all are united by the sensory appeal of natural fabrics such as linen and cotton, soft lighting the result of a rigorous lighting design and tactile, textured materials.

It was a meticulously managed project where no detail was left to chance. Pelizzari Studio worked in close collaboration with the client and an international consultant specializing in vegan-compliant selections.

The renovated portion of an ancient building spans several floors, housing the suites, each featuring its own terrace with a designer bathtub.

On the ground floor, adjacent to the reception, a lounge with a fireplace, a bar, a breakfast area, and the restaurant have been created.

The common thread throughout the spaces is the bespoke seating upholstered in velvet, iconic wicker pieces, and vintage tables or lamps, which break the linearity with warm, familiar accents. Large floor-to-ceiling windows connect the restaurant to the lawn, shaded by olive and lemon trees, where outdoor furniture invites deep relaxation.

Finally, a medieval tower stands austere above terraced organic gardens and a hanging garden, completing the vision of this small Eden.
