This restaurant four rooms are different one from the other, like in a real escalation of emotions: a project we designed to surprise the sophisticated clientele of a Japanese restaurant in the city center, differentiating each dining space thinking to its main target.

Tapping into the most profound Japanese tradition, we’ve been giving great importance to materials choice. On the walls a natural clay plaster mixed with straw to provide a particular textured feeling, thus paired with peacock green flashes; for the workstops a particular brushed granite was chosen.

Luminaires together with golden metal chains anchored to the ceilings have been studied with our lighting designer to give the rooms a singular allure: beam sharped spotlights always project different shapes on the tables and on the surfaces all around.

In the most romantic and intimate spaces we covered the walls with an golden metal wallpaper and to enhance its allure we used cappuccino and black paint in carefully chosen spots.

An ancient iron portal brings to the privees, where we installed some metal wired lamps and antique Japanese printings; natural linen panels designed by an abstract contemporary artist contribute in creating an intimate yet reserved atmosphere.
